Payment
All prices are in pounds sterling. Payment by credit or debit card and PayPal. Trade clients may pay by bank transfer against an invoice.

Delivery and collection
Standard UK shipping is £10.99. For large items, please get in touch for pricing, which is dependent on weight and complexity. We also offer free in-store collection from SE20 8EF.
For international shipping quotes please get in touch. Kindly note overseas deliveries are usually subject to import duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Condition
Everything Oren sells is old, and sold in original condition wherever possible - surfaces are not stripped or refinished, and wear consistent with age is part of the piece. Each description states what is known about maker, date and condition; where something is uncertain, it says so. Photographs are taken in natural light but screens vary. Condition reports and further photographs on request.

Lighting
Most lighting is rewired and PAT tested before sale. The description for each piece confirms.

Reserving a piece
Pieces can be reserved for up to seven days on request.

Trade and sourcing
Oren works with interior designers, architects and private clients, both on current stock and on sourcing to brief. Trade terms on request. Get in touch at info@oreninteriors.com.

Collection
Collected pieces should be picked up within 14 days of purchase, or by arrangement.

Packaging
Pieces are packed by hand in reused and recycled materials wherever the object allows.

The studio is at Unit 114, 183A Anerley Road, London SE20 8EF. Viewings by appointment - email to arrange.

Returns
If a piece isn’t right, email within 14 days of receiving it and return it in the condition it was sent; a refund follows on receipt. Return postage is at the buyer’s cost unless the piece was misdescribed or arrived damaged, in which case Oren covers it. Original postage is non-refundable.

Privacy
Email addresses, order records and payment details are held securely and are not shared with third parties.
